Piano INSTUCTOR • Pat Cabrinety

Pat Cabrinety, with over 48 years of teaching experience is an example of what a great piano instructor should be. Her education after high school started at the University of the State of New York's (Potsdam) Crane School of Music with a Bachelor Degree in Music and Elementary Education. She played violin in the Crane School of Music Symphony Orchestra “which played in Carnegie Hall”. Due to arthritis in her left arm, put aside the violin and concentrated on her other love, piano. With her individualized lesson packets for each of her students, it’s not a surprise she has received accolades from notables such as Maestro Francis Wada of the Community Music School of the Thayer Symphony Orchestra in Leominster where she had taught for many years before coming to Wavelengths Music Studio‘s. Other interests include poetry, she has penned over 500 poems to date and is published. Other notables: International Photo Society’ 3-awards, membership and work in the archives of the National Women in the Arts, Washington, DC, National Associates for Music Education and the Massachusetts Music Teachers Association. It’s not a surprise what an asset she would be to any teaching establishment. |
